Shipping
We offer both Standard and Express Shipping options, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order 24 hours after receiving this email via the provided link.

Preorder Items
If a size is marked with an asterisk (*), it means that size is currently available exclusively for preorder. Please note, these items will be produced and shipped within 2-4 weeks.
Returns
You have 15 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. We will only process returns for items in its original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact.

To maintain your Scarosso shoes, we suggest:

Protecting them from moisture and rain.
Using the provided protective bag when not wearing.
